Exercises for an Ankle Sprain to Help You Recover Quickly

A sprained ankle is caused by a severe damage to one or more of the ankle’s ligaments. The ligaments on the lateral side (outside) of the ankle are most commonly involved in an ankle sprain. It can sometimes affect the medial (inside) ankle ligaments or the ankle syndesmosis.
