Demand Letter for Unpaid Rent [Free Samples]

A landlord sends a rent demand letter to a tenant to alert them of any past rent. The letter is intended to be an official message to the tenant informing them that they owe money to you and that the following letter will be an eviction notice or legal proceedings. I am requesting that you pay the above-mentioned amount or quit the premises within 5 working days of receiving this letter. If you do not comply, I will be forced to file an eviction complaint against you. In this subject, I would appreciate your cooperation.
